10th Annual Christmas Show n' Sale PARTY!

On December 17th, up to twenty youth artists will have their original work on display for your veiwing pleasure.  

Some of these kids' work hard and their work will knock your Christmas stockings off! See work made in a wide variety of art mediums such as watercolour,  miniature ink paintings, still life on suede, portraits in black and white and colour, clay sculpure and mixed media with  acrylic landscapes and many many more.  Youth art shows serve them in so many ways, but having guests come to see their work is really the cherry on top! Artistry in general is a solitary pursuit - thus it is easy for us to end up alienating ourselves from the world around us. And then it becomes increasingly more difficult to be comfortable being in public. Giving youth artists a place in which to shine provides them with recognition for their hard work and celebrates their creative passions. Music, dance, theatre, fashion all get their time in the limelight because those facets of the art industry are designed to entertain the senses. Visual artists can do the same! 

Each art club and artist league will be situated within their respective groups, with their very own table. Age ranges are from 7 - 17 this year with many returning students as well as some newbies to the ISAFA Family. 

In addition to their art show - there will be music, a brand new delectable menu of kid, teen and adult-friendly from the Elks Club, a free draw to WIN  a basket of awesomeness with epic porportions of art-related coolness. REMEMBER to bring in your donation to Heaven Can Wait! These can include simple things like cat and dog toys, leashes,  doggy doo bags, blankets, collars, treats for both and in the heavier category, food and litter. Some fun holiday activities for the chlid inside all of us and if time permits, there may even be an interative event for which all 20 students can participate.
