Art Therapy for September Sanity!
Join this relaxed class and simply reclaim your love for colour and play. We will use a mixture of water colour, acrylic inks, soft pastels and paint pens while you get to create your own personal version of art therapy!

About the event
If you're a parent, this is the time of the year you likely dread or look forward to! So why not just take a therapeutic break from all of it and just play? Colours and mixing mediums is so freeing you'll wonder why you ever stopped just playing. Using a variety of techniques you will create an art piece that has been begging to get out!
No right or wrong way to do it! No experience necessary either.
Halfway through the workshop, light refreshments will be served and delightful discussion on what's come up for you and your workshop mates.
