Nature Art Camp for KIDS!

Kids naturally love the world around them and are often easily wowed by the simplest and most humblest things such as bumblebees lazily buzzing over a sunflower, or a worm squiggling into the mud. They also tend to have very vivid imaginations and can come up with the sweetest things to create! Utilizing young artists' natural ablilities to love nature, this is where the inspiration for this art camp came from. Five lucky kids will get to make wonderful things using Mother Nature's art supplies, such as pinecones, leaves, driftwood, clay, semi-precious stones, shells, water, natural dyes, paints and OH so much MORE! They will sculpt, paint, make jewelry, draw, write, build, dance to fun music and have a ton of fun everyday! 

Camp starts at 10:00 am and young artists are welcome to pop in as early as 9:45. Camp ends at 3:00 pm. All artwork will go home when dry, set and ready. This could mean on their last day, so prepare to be wowed and have room for it all it inside your vehicle! We may even host a mini art show on our last day, complete with an opening reception with tasty refreshments for everyone! Looking forward to working, chatting and creating with them this summer! 

Note: Young artists are asked to bring along a water bottle, a snack and a lunch. Please avoid ordering delivered lunches as this interrupts the flow of the camp. They are welcome to use the Studio's amenities to heat up any foods they bring:) Additionally, dependent upon the weather, we may be spending much of our time outside and will likely go on a field trip - so running shoes are recommended. No flip flops or slide please.
