Give yourself ME time! AGES 16+ ONLY;)
FIRST:
Choose a medium, discipline (such as portraiture, landscape etc.) and a goal. And then spends 3 weeks on those alone.
Then there would be one week off to absorb what she accomplished and then she could rebook another 3 weeks for the same options, or she could switch it up!
